Self Equilibration™:
What is the self? Some people refer to EVERYTHING as the self. While this may be true, the conscious self can only be that which we conceive and appreciate. Learning how to discern the line between the self and other enables us to help appreciate them both. In the process we evolve our being.
Happiness/Sadness:
